We knew that our website was dated and needed a major overhaul.  We had no idea how we were going to take on such an enormous undertaking.  Fortunately Jason Gervais from WSI contacted us and presented solutions that made sense.  He wasn’t out to just sell us a website and never be seen again, as was the case with our previously designed site.  He truly wanted to present to us an ongoing strategy that would help us to increase our sales for years to come with a web-solution that would never become out-dated. 

What a terrific experience! We supplied the information that Jason and his team needed to populate our shopping cart and prepare our site.  They were very quick to incorporate the information into the site as fast as we could prepare it for them.  They listened and responded instantaneously to recommendations that were made along the way.  They continually presented innovative ideas to make the site more effective.  They met the target dates that we had established at the onset. 

Most would think that the job was done at this point.  Quite the contrary!  Jason immediately started presenting ways to optimize and make our site more effective by ensuring potential clients were finding us.  This has been an ongoing process ever since the site was launched three months ago.  He continually tweaks our site, develops landing pages and looks for ways to ensure we are increasing our sales.  It’s like having another sales agent working for you – actually better.

I was reluctant at first to make the investment needed to develop a proper website that would accomplish what we wanted.  The WSI team - Jason, Peter and TJ all contributed to making this one of the most worthwhile projects and experiences that I have ever invested into.
